Beetroot Salad

Serves: 2

You will need

1 beetroot ( peeled, boiled & cut into desired shape and size )
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar ( or to taste )

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and serve with any dish of your choice or as a snack.
